Overview
Harborlight provides direct stipends to individuals navigating welfare needs — without the bureaucratic drag of larger grant programmes.
Funds are released against documented need and disbursed directly to vendors or the applicant, whichever is appropriate.
Funding Details
Stipends from $50,000 up to $100,000, paid in one or two tranches.
Up to 8% may be applied to case-worker support and reporting overhead.
Eligibility
Individuals 18+ in participating regions with documented welfare need (housing transition, medical, education continuity, family hardship).
Applicants with active bankruptcy proceedings are ineligible. Awards are non-renewable within a 12-month window.

- Statement of need (max 800 words)
- Two supporting documents (invoice, demand letter, medical estimate, etc.)
- Proof of current address
