Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FedOP Grant Services website at fedop.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by FedOP Grant Services through its licensed, government-approved partners (together,“FedOP,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

FedOP Grant Services is a licensed, government-approved professional grant application and consulting firm. Our services are delivered through licensed partners operating under government-approved frameworks. The Site is informational — it lets the public learn about our services, browse publicly listed funding opportunities, and request professional support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of FedOP, its licensors or content providers and is protected by international copyright and database-rights laws.

You may view, download and print extracts of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish or commercially exploit any material from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Listings of funding opportunities

The Site lists funding opportunities published by third-party funding organisations. While we verify listings at the time of publication, details — including eligibility, amounts and deadlines — can change. The official source linked from each listing is always the controlling document. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of outdated summaries.

6. No client relationship

Browsing the Site, completing our intake form, or receiving information about our services does not by itself create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only when both parties have signed a written engagement scope describing the services, timeline, fees and responsibilities. Until that point, no professional advice has been given and no fees are owed.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse the content of any third-party site and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify FedOP and its directors, employees and partners against any losses, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or incurred as a result of any breach by you of these Terms or any misuse of the Site.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued up to the date of termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Material changes will be announced on the Site; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FedOP's lead licensed partner is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
