This Disclaimer is intended to be read together with our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Service Agreement. Together they describe how FedOP Grant Services operates, what we promise and where our responsibility ends.

1. Who we are

FedOP Grant Services is a licensed, government-approved professional grant application and consulting firm. Our services are delivered through licensed partners operating under government-approved frameworks and engaged under written engagement letters. We help applicants discover suitable funding opportunities, assess eligibility, prepare application materials, navigate submission portals and monitor status through to the Funder's decision.

FedOP is not a brokerage, marketplace, lead-generation service, or lender. We do not intermediate funds between the Funder and the applicant. We do not act as a Funder's agent or representative; we act solely on the applicant's behalf under the engagement letter.

2. Who we are not

FedOP Grant Services is not a funding organisation. We do not issue grants, loans, guarantees or any other form of financing. We do not make eligibility decisions. We do not make award decisions. Every funding decision on every programme listed on this Site is made exclusively by the relevant Funder, in accordance with its own published guidelines, governance and applicable law.

In particular, FedOP is not:

• A government agency, a multilateral institution or a foundation.
• A registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, accountant, attorney or tax adviser (unless separately engaged in those capacities in writing).
• An agent of any Funder listed on the Site.
• A party to your funding agreement with any Funder, beyond the limited professional services described in your engagement letter.

3. No outcome guarantees

Professional services fees are paid for the work performed, not for any particular outcome. We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, funded, awarded or result in any specific financial outcome. Where a Funder publishes success rates, award statistics or historical figures, we may reference them for context, but those figures belong to the Funder and may change between application cycles.

Past performance of FedOP's services is not a guarantee of future results. The strength of any application depends on many factors outside our control — including the quality of information you provide, the Funder's changing priorities, the competitiveness of the cohort and external economic conditions.

4. No contingent or success fees

Our fees are professional service fees, agreed in advance and invoiced on the schedule set out in the engagement letter. They are never:

• Contingent on a funding outcome.
• Payable by the Funder or any third party on our behalf.
• Routed through any third party on our behalf.
• Structured as equity, royalties, revenue share, or any other non-cash consideration in your project.
• Refunded in whole or in part because the application was approved, funded or awarded.

If any party suggests that our fees are contingent on your award, treat that as a red flag and contact us immediately.

5. Eligibility is the Funder's call

Eligibility for any funding programme is determined exclusively by the Funder, according to its own published criteria. FedOP surfaces potentially relevant opportunities based on the information you provide, but a "match" on the Site or in our communications is not a determination of eligibility and does not entitle you to apply for or receive funding.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and to flag apparent eligibility issues, but we do not warrant that any opportunity listed is suitable for you. Always confirm your eligibility with the Funder's official published guidelines before committing significant time to an application.

6. Listings are summaries, not rulings

The Site lists funding opportunities curated from publicly published information. Each listing includes a link to the official source. While we verify listings at the time of publication, eligibility criteria, award amounts, deadlines and other details change frequently and only the official source is controlling. Always confirm current requirements with the Funder before committing effort to an application.

7. Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site's content accurate and up-to-date but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or that the Site will be available without interruption. Information on the Site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting or investment advice. Always seek professional advice appropriate to your own situation before making decisions based on information from the Site.

8. Authorisation representation

Where FedOP identifies itself or a partner as licensed, government-approved, government-authorised, accredited or otherwise officially recognised, the underlying authorisation is identifiable through the partner information disclosed on the Site and in the engagement letter. FedOP will only represent a relationship as government-approved, licensed or accredited where the relevant authorisation has been established and is current.

9. Third-party websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or practices of any third-party site. Following a third-party link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policies.

10. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, the inability to use the Site, or reliance on information published on the Site.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded).

11. Beware of fraud — our red flags

Genuine FedOP communications will only ever come from fedop.com or from a licensed partner's official domain. We will never:

• Ask for an application fee paid directly to FedOP or to a third party on our behalf.
• Guarantee, imply or promise that we can secure you an award.
• Request banking passwords, one-time codes sent to your phone, or copies of identity documents over chat or by unsecured email.
• Request payment to a personal account, a cryptocurrency wallet or any account other than FedOP Grant Services's official business account.
• Contact you through unofficial channels (personal social media, encrypted messengers from unknown numbers) to discuss your application.
• Pressure you to commit funds before you have received a signed engagement letter.

If something looks like it might be fraud, stop the conversation, do not transfer funds, and contact us at hello@fedop.com. You can also report suspected fraud to your local consumer-protection authority or to your national anti-fraud centre.

12. Testimonials and case studies

Where the Site shares testimonials, success stories or case studies, they are presented with appropriate context (sector, applicant type, approximate outcome) and reflect the engagement as agreed with the referenced client. Testimonials are not promises of comparable outcomes for future applicants. Where any testimonial references a specific outcome, the underlying outcome was determined by the Funder, not by FedOP.

13. AI-assisted drafting

Some of our drafting, summarisation and quality-review workflows incorporate AI-assisted tools. A human consultant reviews and approves every Deliverable before it reaches a Funder or is shared with you. AI is used to assist our work — not to replace the human accountability that underwrites every Engagement.

14. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
