Funding Details
Grants from $50,000 to $100,000 reimbursed against verified invoices from licensed contractors.
Up to 10% of grant funds may be applied to permit fees and required inspections.
Eligibility
Owner-occupants of a single-family residence or condominium, with the home as primary residence for at least 12 months prior to application.
Investment properties, rental units and new construction are not eligible.
Requirements
- Property deed or mortgage statement showing ownership
- Two contractor estimates for the planned work
- Photographs of the area requiring improvement
- Permit documentation where required by local jurisdiction
