Business Growth Fund

The Meridian Enterprise Growth Facility supports established small and mid-sized enterprises undertaking equipment modernization, capacity expansion, export readiness or digitalization.

Proposals are reviewed on commercial viability, measurable job impact and co-financing capacity.

Awards range from $50,000 to $250,000 as a combination of performance-based grant funding (up to 60%) and concessional working-capital support via partner lenders.

Co-financing of at least 30% of total project cost is expected from own resources or commercial sources.

Applicants must be legally registered for-profit enterprises with at least two complete financial years. Priority is given to manufacturing, agro-processing and industrial service firms.

Enterprise groups exceeding 250 employees are not eligible. Applicants under bankruptcy proceedings or with unresolved regulatory sanctions are excluded.

• Detailed project plan with budget by line item
• Quotations for principal capital expenditure
• Evidence of co-financing capacity
• Impact statement covering employment and output effects
